Welcome to FlyTy, a premium typing platform founded by Abhinav Pandey and Abhishek Saxena. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications.
By accessing or using FlyTy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlyTy.
To access certain features of FlyTy, such as saving your progress, participating in challenges, or appearing on leaderboards, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
FlyTy allows you to sign in using your Google account. By choosing this authentication method, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account in accordance with our privacy practices.
FlyTy also supports authentication via your GitHub account. When you sign in with GitHub, you grant us permission to access specific information from your GitHub profile.
You agree to use FlyTy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform, including using automated scripts, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access.
FlyTy provides typing tests designed to measure your typing speed and accuracy. The results are for personal tracking and informational purposes.
Our structured learning modules are provided to help improve your typing skills. We make no guarantees regarding specific skill improvements or outcomes.
By participating in challenges, you agree to compete fairly. We reserve the right to remove any user from leaderboards or disqualify them if we suspect cheating or use of unfair advantage.
We may in the future introduce premium features, subscriptions, or paid services on FlyTy. Such features will be subject to additional terms provided at that time.
All content, design, code, and original materials on FlyTy are the exclusive property of FlyTy and its founders, Abhinav Pandey (Founder — Product, Design & Engineering) and Abhishek Saxena (Co-Founder & Content Advisor).
Any content you submit or generate on the Platform remains yours. By using FlyTy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display this content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You are strictly prohibited from using FlyTy to engage in illegal activities, transmit malicious code, harass others, or interfere with the performance of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
FlyTy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or accuracy of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyTy and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
These Terms and your use of FlyTy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
